A conversation with Uwase who was born in Rwanda, and lived in Kenya before moving to Berlin. Their conversation explores the multifaceted nature of identity and how it can clash, making it difficult to experience a full sense of belonging, due to various forms of discrimation, based on gender and sexual identity as well as ethnicity.
